Why not provide an area for desktop/laptop configurations? 2  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

This wiki is intended to focus on enterprise products. There is another wiki setup for LInux on desktops and laptops at linux.dell.com/wiki. It is linked at the top of the Linux page of this wiki - http://www.delltechcenter.com/page/Linux

OK. If there's an enterprise push with Linux desktops/laptops, then this section may expand in the future though right? Do you find this valuable?

Yes - This section could be expanded to include Linux for desktops/laptops in terms of enterpise or business use. As of today many of our contribubtors are more focused on the server than the client, but it would be great to see this become more even. Do you have some ideas of things to contribute? Or things that you would like to see? Do you find this valuable?

The Precision line is technically Dell's "Workstation" class, and I couldn't find much at all about Precision systems in the regular consumer area.

My precision M90 can be found here: ( http://www.kenjennings.cc/m90/M90_openSuse_10_2.html ) running openSuse and VMWare for 64-bit Solaris 10 as a guest OS.
