Hi There,

I have had so many problems the computer stopped working after like 10 days i contacted dell which sent a tech to my home they replaced the hard drive and that still did not resolve my issues. I finally got them to replace my computer on dec. 17,2009 they said i would recieve it in 15 days it is now january 26,2010 and still nothing so I called in today cancelled my order and requested my money back a full refund. They said that's not a option as it's more then 21 days. I said they need to accept that as my 1st claim was before 21 days. All i am asking is to have a full refund or a computer here within 24-48 hours i do believe i have waited long enough. Please help me this matter. SIncerly,Sarah

Sorry to see you're having a rough time. Please reach out to me on Twitter. Then DM me all order numbers, Case or DPS numbers and service tag. I will attempt to get this canceled for you. If we do get this canceled, it will still take a few weeks for your refund.

Another note, there is a part shortage of which is delaying several orders and you may fall under that group. Regardless, reach out to me and let me know how I can assist you.
