MD3000i with IBM X_SERIES 336

Hi !
My English is very bad.
We have a MD3000i with a Server IBM X_SERIE 336. I have one IP for the Server., and we have connected the MD3000i with the Server by ISCI.
The initiator ISCSI is the Microsoft Initiator version 2.08.
The IBM have Windows 2003 x64 English.
I view the MD3000i connected, but I have error in the Device Managament.
In the disk driver is DELL Universal XPort SCSI Disk Device but not charge the controller. Error 39 in Windows.
How can I resolve the problem?

Hi Gariko,

I was not able to find anything on your particular situation. Have you attempted to open a support ticket? Also, you might find this forum helpful (which is geared more towards break/fix) than we are:
