Delay during failover, the MD3000i and registry key.

Hello,

2 NICs per Server.
2 Switches
Each switch is connected to each controller of the MD3000i.

We are experiencing a 3 minutes delay during a failover if we unplug a cable or disable a network interface.
I have seen that during for the MD3000i, the value for the key LinkdownTime is set to 144s which is higher than many other iSCSI storage bay.

I have two questions:
Is the delay we are experiencing is caused by this registry key ?
Why is this value set to 144s ?
