I can not find information about the INSPIRON 6000

I can not find information about the INSPIRON 6000. I want to know if it has a F-Key or a combination of keys to engage during boot up to reinstall the operating system to original? The system starts to boot and throws out to the blue screen which I can not pause to read what the error is. It will not boot in Safe Mode. Any help would be welcome.
