Probably a very easy question: Can somebody confirm that Dell Equallogic PS400E, PS5000E & PS6500E SANs can all do snapshots for backup to tape etc, and if so what is a typical config.
I found the Spec Sheet for the PS6500E and that tells me that Snapshots are possible, but I can't find any info for the older 400E and 5000E. An additional question, does NetWorker 7.X support these Equalogic arrays ? Regards Ron

Trying to better understand how ASM works in a SQL 2008 on a 2008 Windows server. Has anyone done it succesfully?
