I am a former Dell employee of 13 years. I started in Sales, then became Dell's first "Conehead" or TSR. Then quickly moved to TSR Manager and on to a Systems Consultant role that ranged from Healthcare to K12 and Higher Education customers.

My current role is as OEM Technical Alliance Lead from Citrix to Dell for XenServer and Provisioning Server for Desktops (Dell's On Demand Desktop Streaming piece of the overall Flexible Computing Strategy.)
