My name is Marcus , and I`m working for DELL as a Technical Sales Representative for Small/Medium Business. I started my career at DELL as 1st level agent for technical issues Enterprise, then transferred to former GOLD/PLATINUM support Enterprise. Before I started at DELL, I worked as a System-/Network Administrator. At that time the focus of my work was on operating systems ,mainly administration,automating deployment for applications and operating systems (unattended installations). I also implemented Exchange solutions and migrations, provided networking and security solutions and did some project management. In my current Job I provide SAN/NAS/DAS - , Server-, Storage- and Network solutions (all kind of requests), actually I`m specialising myself in virtualisation solutions based on VMWARE My hobbies are : scuba-diving and games like Armed Assault, on the latter I definately spend too much time Please note that english is not my mother tongue , but I constantly try to improve it Friendly greetings from Germany Neph aka Marcus
