Great content additions!1

I'm on the Dell Enterpise TechCenter team, focusing on Dell PowerVault™, Dell EqualLogic™ and Dell/EMC Storage as well as Linux topics.

I was born and raised in Corpus Christi, TX, where I started my career in IT as a 3rd shift Computer Operator. That's right - changing reels and running jobs on an AS/400 in the wee hours! It was very cool as I was the only kid at my college who could do his labs at work. Then I did some time as a local bank's operator where I was first exposed to the wonders of UNIX. From there I landed at a couple of software companies where I primarily spent time in services/consulting roles for solutions on various platforms, including SCO XENIX, HPUX, Linux and Windows. I've designed and installed solutions in Holland, Venezuela, Taiwan, Japan, France, U.S. Virgin Islands, and around 30 of the 50 US States!

I spent the last 10 years at IBM in various roles: Support, Sales, Executive Briefing Center. I focused on Storage/SAN management and enterprise backup solutions for a number of years and then most recently was a Senior Technical Sales Specialist for AIX/Linux on Power product set.

My interests are all things tech, baseball, BBQ( and by BBQ I mean smokin!), poker, fishing, gadgets, and other shiny things.

You can find/follow me on twitter, linked in, or the TechCenter Blog.
