Dell r805 and MD3000i iscsi network setup

Hi, I have 3 new R805s with 8 onboard nics ea. and 2 md3000i san units connecting through 2 dell GB switches. I am looking for network configuration support for load balance and failover for shared storage and Virtualization using ESXi 4
